Make ahead easy pie crust (makes 20 pie crusts)

Eggnog (non-alcoholic)

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (or 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. rum extract)



Whisk eggs in a cold pot. Add 2 cups or more of milk.

Cook and stir on medium low heat, stirring constantly.



Heat until almost too hot, testing with your finger.

Add sugar. Turn down heat and stir until dissolved.

Add other ingredients and chill overnight if possible.

Whisk or shake before serving.
