Make ahead easy pie crust (makes 20 pie crusts)

Honey Cornbread

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 Tbs. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
Mix recipe all in one bowl (wet ingredients first).

Start by whisking eggs so they will mix in better.



Use the same measuring instrument for oil as honey, using oil first so that honey will easily slide out.



Add dry ingredients just until mixed and pour into 9x9 greased pan.



Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.



Finished product should be golden brown on top and brown around edges.
